MUNTHAM HOUSE SCHOOL CHICKENS

The chickens have settled in and have grown into big beautiful hens, some of which are already laying eggs. We look forward to this increasing so that our school Chef is able to use these in the kitchen. 

In September we should see eggs from the majority of them on a daily basis. The pupils have been intrigued by all the things that chickens eat from watermelons, cucumbers and pasta!
