Last term all the pupils in our primary classes had been working towards the challenge of reading 50 books with the reward of an overnight camping trip for those pupils who achieve the challenge. The overnight camp took place on school grounds and will involved activities and adventure games and finished with a barbeque. Pupils then spent the night under the stars in tents supervised by the staff team throughout. The pupils had been reading during tutor times, at break times and after school which was really been an amazing effort. I am glad to say that nearly all the pupils achieved this challenge which was a fantastic achievement.
